Order and delivery terms

The minimum value of an order is £10, excl. shipping.

Celebrity Hair is entitled to alter the content of the online shop and the terms & conditions at all times.

The following terms of payment and delivery apply to all orders placed through the Celebrity Hair online shop

Payment terms
Payment in advance is mandatory. Celebrity Hair products will be sent on receipt of payment for the total amount due.

Order  confirmation
All products displayed in the online shop are not binding upon Celebrity Hair until Celebrity Hair has sent out an order confirmation.

Agreement
By sending out an order to Celebrity Hair you enter into an agreement with Celebrity Hair-online, and you accept the statements made in the agreement and the terms & conditions as stated here.

Delivery
Delivery will take place within 2 weeks after receiving the order and payment has been made. Celebrity Hair is not responsible for negligence on behalf of the shipper. If a product is not in stock or available at the time the order is placed the customer will be notified. The customer can then choose to receive the products at a later date or to cancel the order.
Celebrity Hair will display all shipping charges at the end of each shopping online. Charges are based on postage charges and the cost of packaging.

Returned goods

There are no exchanges or refunds.
Celebrity Hair will only take back those products that do not correspond with the order that has been placed and is properly returned by the customer without any damages.
Celebrity Hair can not be held liable for the wrong choice of colour made by the customer or wrong hair treatment. The hair must be returned to us in it's original condition. If there is a problem, do not alter the hair. You must not cut the lace, put glue on the wig, put any chemicals on the hair, or style the hair.

Insurance
Shipment charges include insurance. Celebrity Hair online sends the shipment only  via a reliable recorded means.

Privacy
Celebrity Hair will not give out any client information to third parties to warrant the privacy of its customers.

Complaints
Any complaints towards Celebrity Hair regarding products delivered are to be made in writing and sent to Celebrity Hair by registered mail within 7 calendar days upon receipt of the products. You can also submit your complaint, within 7 calendar days upon receipt of the products by sending out an e-mail to info@celebrity-hair.co.uk. All complaints will be handled with the proper care and matter of urgency.

Major
Every individual who places an order acknowledges to be major or to be authorized by a major to place the order and enter into the agreement with Celebrity Hair.
